• Math: No new chapter. Work through the examples on printed p. 100. Exercises VII: 1–3. Correct or rework two or three previously missed problems.
• Theology: Gospel and Kingdom, Ch. 11 (It’s That Giant Again!) — worked examples of Ch. 10’s method; read it with the interpretation essay in view. Bible: 1 Kings 4, 8–12; Proverbs 8–9 — Solomon’s wisdom, the temple, the division.
• Literature: Odyssey, Books 1–3 (~47 pp.)
• Western Civilization: Spielvogel, Ch. 8: European Civilization in the Early Middle Ages, 750–1000 (pp. 215–245)

Thesis & assignments

• Assignment: Paragraph #2 — one page, a single substantive paragraph: is Oedipus guilty?
